Fitment Capture enables you to market directly to your shoppers based on their unique fitment. This feature is available to subscribers of Premium Plans.


There are three branches of Fitment Capture: Fitment Purchase, Fitment Missing, and Fitment Notify.

Fitment Purchase collects customers' fitment data on checkout, if the product(s) were found through PartFinder search. This feature is invisible to the shopper and can be toggled on or off.


Fitment Missing collects customers' fitment data when a desired product is not available. A popup collection form is triggered on the search screen, and the customers' fitment data is automatically added from their search criteria. This feature is especially helpful to store owners in making stocking adjustments for products that are in demand.


Through Fitment Notify, a popup collection form is triggered on the search screen by shoppers' request. Shoppers can submit their name, email, and phone number for follow-up. Their fitment data is automatically added from their search criteria.


Whether a customer would like to be notified of product updates or additional product fitment opportunities, Fitment Capture enables you to respond with actionable opportunities via download to MailChimp or the CRM of your choice. 


Options within the Marketing Tools screen are: Configuration, Opportunities, Export, Integrations and User Search & GDPR.
