 Marketing Tools: Configuration

There are three settings for you to choose from on the Configuration tab: Fitment Purchase, Fitment Missing, and Fitment Notify.

You can turn settings on and off, and choose the way questions are displayed on this screen.

Fitment Missing is a way for customers to have you notify them when the part they're looking for is missing or out of of stock. This not only provides a contact opportunity, but provides a trigger for you to track items not carried or that may have missed getting mapped.

Fitment Notify is a way to reach out to customers about additional or complementary products that may available that match their fitment needs.
